Unbranded builds the set for the Eurovision Song Contest

Unbranded builds the set for the spectacular Eurovision Song Contest for the fourth time!
Unbranded, a leader in crafting sets and immersive experiences, has been trusted by the Eurovision Song Contest to create the stage for the fourth time in 10 years. After successful editions in Vienna (2015), Kyiv (2017), and Rotterdam (2021), Unbranded is now building an impressive set for the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel, Switzerland.
A team of 35 professionals is closely involved in the process of the Eurovision Song Contest set. The set design, which forms the foundation of the production, was created by Wieder Design.
The focus is on the main stage, the green room, the catwalk, and the interval acts. In addition, Unbranded provides props for the delegations. All set construction is produced in-house at the Mediapark in Hilversum and will be transported to Basel in April for installation in the arena.
Mikael Olsthoorn, Managing Director: “We are incredibly proud that Unbranded has been chosen to build the set for the Eurovision Song Contest for the fourth time. With 200 million viewers worldwide, this event is one of the largest and most-watched television broadcasts in the world. Our team works hard on all aspects of the set to create an extraordinary spectacle. We can’t wait for everyone to see the result!”
Unbranded has extensive experience in Europe in building sets for large-scale events. With over 70 years of experience, the company is known for the extensive in-house capabilities and a large team of professionals delivering high-quality sets in limited time. In 2025, Unbranded will build the set for the Eurovision Song Contest. The semi-finals will take place on May 13 and 15, with the grand final on May 17 in Basel.
